NovaTech: everyday tech that makes life easier
NovaTech is an independent online store based in Quebec City, Canada. Our idea is simple: find useful, original, easy-to-gift tech for your home, your car, your well-being and your everyday life.
How we work
- A short, thoughtful selection: we'd rather offer fewer products, but products that are worth it.
- Honest product pages: real specifications, limits when there are any, and no miracle claims.
- Clear delivery times: our products ship from partner suppliers, in Canada or internationally. The real delivery time is shown on every product page and at checkout.
- Human service, in English and French: a real person reads and answers your messages, usually within 24 business hours.
Your purchases are protected
- Secure checkout powered by Shopify: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal. We never have access to your card details.
- Tracked shipping to Canada and the US, with a tracking number by email.
- 30-day returns: if a product isn't right for you, just write to us. See our return policy.
